In our day to day lives, we end up consuming a lot of bad foods unconsciously. Shawarma, pizza, hot dogs, noodles, bread and even foreign rice can endanger our health because if consumed in excess it is dangerous. The likes of spaghetti, snack foods, butter, and sardines are also not very good for the health. Semo, canned food, sugars, soft drinks, energy drinks may cause a number of health problems. Ofe akwu free from the red palm oil is best when taken in small quantities. Cigars, biscuits, ice-cream, and imported fruits aren’t fine —local fruits are preferable. Finally, hydrogenated oils are carcinogenic and therefore should not in any way be consumed. Everything needs to be done in moderation for one’s body to maintain good health.
